(TSX: FRX; OTC: ADHXD) (the “Company”) formerly known as Adherex Technologies Inc., today announced that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) has approved the Company’s corporate actions regarding its previously announced name change and share consolidation. As of open of business on September 5, 2014, the Company’s OTC symbol will be ADHXD. The “D” has been appended as the 5th character for 20 business days. After 20 business days, the Company’s OTC ticker symbol will change to “FENCF”.
